This 5,000 square feet house is in Panama, Central America and is the result of a concept of new beginnings that keeps certain elements of traditional Mediterranean design and architecture. This two-story structure was composed with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 1 den, kitchen, living room, family room, and dining room.

A minimalistic dry wall ceiling with different levels was designed to create a diagram to showcase the main spaces of the house and differentiate one space from another. It is a focal point is the front façade.

Symmetry, straight lines, warm color schemes, transitional furniture, lighting design and some traditional Mediterranean architecture elements with modern accents are some of the characteristics of this dwelling concept.
