OZK BANK – WINTER PARK, FLORIDA

 

Architecture and Interior a Design of a banking institution of 5,500 square feet.

 

The scope of work includes the development of an exterior and interior design concept that will speak to the city of Winter Park, Florida. In addition, a selection and coordination of exterior and interior finishes, materials, lighting design, reflected ceiling design, finish floor design, furniture layout and other exterior and interior details incorporating them into the architecture construction document set.

 

The Bank includes a vestibule upon arrival, a lobby, a set of banking representatives' private offices, a meeting room, a teller area, a drive-thru, a private mother's room, an employee breakroom, restrooms and other service areas.

 

Assignments included interior design lead, construction documentation and drafting. In addition, create an interior design concept conceptualization of Bank that represents the corporate headquarters' vision with a local feel of the city of winter Park, Florida; taking into consideration the beautiful Floridian sun and the landscape.

 

This included but not limited to architecture, interior design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural coordination, client design changes, revisions and submission to the city and construction administration.
